you'll find loads of help and support here-have a look round the forums. i find them really re-assuring when i get panicky. you can do specific searches too if you cant find what your loking for. its just nice to be among people who understand what your going through

yes this is a great place to be...and really friendly.
i like you was worried about posting but that was a few years ago now they cant shut me up lol
just have a look around and pop in the chat room and do things as and when you feel comfortable.
you get loads of advice and make some good friends here.
no one will judge you at all... and there is always someone who understands.

Well now that wasn't bad at all, infact I am quite taken back by the good cheer that has been given to me, I will more than try to get involved in topics and such, but theirs something un nerving about just randomly droping in on other peoples conversations, for me anyway.

Forcing myself on here is proving to be tough but I push forward, which is why I must say sorry for my length in which I took to reply to the welcomes, pondering what lay in wait "will the replies be kind?" "Will any body have posted at all?" thoughts like these leave me in a slugabed staight, not venturing beyond the bed.

One step forward into a realm of ever changing steps! I feel this is a good thing:)
