3.30 am anyone awake?

i just cant sleep i feel sick to my stomach with panic, im all shakey, i keep going o the loo and when i try to sleep im over-rided by a cluser of thoughts and fears

i watched eastenders tonight and go all emoional and cried..i thought it was really sad..i feel like such a wimp at times..

kitty if you are awake again at that time of the night why dont you check who's online and pm them? someone posted in the "messages for nmp admins" a post called "shout" and it said literally the same thing as you. if its stupid o'clock the chatroom is empty and you really need to talk to someone, send them a private message-that way a box pops up on their screen letting them know they have a new message
