HERE IS A RELAXATION TECHNIQUE THAT MAY HELP YOU.
sit comfortabley
place your arms flat ..resting
start with your toes...wiggle them
stretch and point your toes push hard
next stretch your calves and hold for 10 -15 seconds then release
go on doing this all the way up your body..i.e legs , back shoulders arms hands fingers
then lastley strecth your whole body and hold for 10-15 secs
hold this last stretch and then release.
finally sit and allow yourself to feel all the tension dissappear from your body.
and now congratulate yourself for allowing your tension to flow out and be replaced by calm.
