Hello from New Member Land !!

Hi Everyone - thank god i got here safely!!! Am a very happy chick whose whole world gets turned upside down by sporadic crippling anxiety !! Love to all who suffer worse than myself! Its going to be great getting to know you all. It really is true that nooone understands an anxiety attack like someone who also suffers. At 35 i had hoped to have this sorted but small steps daily !

Thanks for replies ! Am absolutely rubbish with computers so please bear with me. Am stunned that so many people in same boat as us. Ditched my Seroxat last year and did really well until recently... found site when doc prescribed citalopram for unexpected horrible anxiety .. you know the ones that floor you ! Feeling lots better now and think i will stick around if thats ok and get to know you all - remember there is safety in numbers !! Nx
