Hi, I"m new

Hello everybody,i"m Orion and I have just found and joined this site.I have suffered from Panic Attacks for 4 years now but have good and bad days.Its great to find a site with people on it who can understand the struggles we face.I"m 39 and a builder from Wales,and hope to be an active member of the site in the future.:)
