Hi, Im new to this site and a bit slow on understanding how to use it. anyhoo, i suffer from anxiety and depression and have done for many years. i dont use any medication prescribed by the doctor, but tend to find alternative therapies very good. I also attend a group therapy once a week. Looking forward to getting to know how this site works, and communicating with people. Vegigirl
