Anxiety and depression

Hello my name is Andy.
After a nose operation in August 07 I ended up with panic attacks, a high level of anxiety which led to depression.
This was the most frightening experience in my life. After leaving no stone unturned I finally found a good psychiatrist who combined medication together with therapy which has helped me 100%. I am still taking 40mg of Citalopram and will begin a slow withdrawal next month. It will be nice to hear from anybody who has undergone or is going through the same traumas.
