Hi, I am new here. I suffer from GAD in a bad way and have been signed off work now for 3 months. I also suffer from insomnia when the pressure is on. I am taking efexor and propranalol. Any similarly expereinced people, I would welcome sharing your thoughts.

Hi ....:welcome: i also take proprananol ...its was initially given to me to help with migraine but also helps with my anxiety... im also taking citalopram, again for anxiety.. i have recently relapsed with the anxiety back with a vengence :weep: :w00t2: ..but i beat it once, so i gotta believe i can do it again....i'll try and help in anyway i can.. pm me anytime..... take care :hugs:
