New to site and very anxiouse

Hi - can anyone help - would be grateful for advise.

Have been Mirtizpine for 3 years and they are causing joint problems so it has been suggested I should try cipramx but I am so anxious about starting them - I have low mood and occasional anixety which is made worse with anxious suitutations - tryed other tablets a few months back but i felt so dreadful i couldn;t cope on them.

it is the side affetcs that worry me so :weep:

I work full time, am a single mum of two children and need to be alert!

hi charlie :welcome: to the site..... i am taking citalopram and have posted recently on some side effects that i have had on restarting them.... i don't know much about the meds you have been given but someone out there will and they will be able to help im sure... side effects are always a nuicience but they don't last and the benefits of the meds normally outweigh the niggles at the start..... get as much info as possible on your meds but remember we are all different and if you start them and they are not right for you, there are other meds out there that will be.....also looking on the bright side tho ....you may not get any side effects at all...
