hello all. im lisa and i have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for almost 2 yrs. i used to be agrophobic too but i got help with that via cbt. hoping to get some good advice and some support, thanx. x

hiya lisa :welcome: to nmp ite lovely to have you here :D . you say you are looking for some advice/support well you are in no better place, the support from the lovely ppl on this site is amazing, its never ending. dont forget to visit the chat room where you can talk to us all about whats on your mind or just relax and have a giggle. im also a mom of 3 girls, are your teenagers yet ? mine are and oh my god. any way hun i look forward to talking to you soon.
