I am so relieved to find this site.I have been suffering with depression/panic attacks and palpations on and off for years now and I feel like I am going round in circles.I am hoping to get advice on how to deal with it and speak to people who feel like I do.x:weep:

Have you been to see your GP? It might benefit you to see a counsellor?
