Cipralex And Alcohol

Hi Everyone,

My name is Melissa. I am new to this site. I wanted to say hello to everyone.

I also wanted to know if anyone had any information about drinking while on Cipralex? I have been on it since October 2007 and have been scared to try. I hate being the only one not able to when i get together with friends.

Any advice or infromation would be greatly appreciated!

although its wise not to drink alcohol while on meds,I myself have always had a glass or two of alcohol while on meds, anymore though and my anxiety is sky high the next day.

when i was on ciprolex it just seemed to make me more drunk in all honesty but it isnt advised and can cause panic. Next time you are out have one drink and see how you feel. Just dont go over board
