dizziness

hi im a new member and wanted to introduce myself. i suffer from dizziness due to my anxiety,ive found eft works really well, anybody else sufferng from dizziness due to anxiety? if so id like to hear your stories just so i know im not the only person with dizziness.:wacko:

Correct breathing really helps it

Welcome to the site. You will find that there are many here who feel exactly like you do and you will get support. I do sometimes get dizzy but I also have low blood pressure.
