hi everyone well ive had a good few days until a hour ago was standing ironing and then wam felt strange dry mouth to start with then shakeyness pain in left arm neeck ache and swollowing alot just came on for no reason need reasuring its anx attack as mind racing away imaging its somthing more serious please help :weep:

Hiya hun,

All of what you described can be symptoms of anxiety. Try to sit down with a cupa and relax for a bit and see how you feel, try to distract yourself from your thoughts, read book, chat on line or something similar!!

I agree with Lisa, it def sounds like anxiety.

Especially the swallowing thing. However if you are really worried do go to your GP.

Totally agree with everybody else, who wouldnt feel anxious when ironing!!!

Get on the chat rooms and have lol with everybody. Distraction is the key!!
