panick again

Heya,

Last night i had to go to bed fairly early because i got this 'not well' sort of feeling - sicky, shaky, dizzyness, like i was about to have a huge panick.

I woke in the night with colossal stomach ache which went eventually but had the nervousness and anxiety feelings, like my heart was racing but it wasnt - BUT, it was irregular, beats were all over the place, very random.

Anyone else get weird random irregular heart???
Im thinking it could be because of dehydration, on reflection i drank hardly anything yest, but now im afraid of bedtime.

I firmly believe that dehyrdration has a huge effect on panic attacks. There is a thread somewhere in the foram about someone who drinks a bottle of water when feeling the panic coming on and it disappears. I would run along that road as there will be reason. It seems to stem from you feel sick and shaky initially -- Dehydration.
