Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum and was wondering if there was some people here with a bad insomnia like mine. I guess I must sleep about 2 ~ 3 h a night, so this really ruins my life.
This all began in March last year, I was treated with Mirtazapine for 3 month, this worked well until the sedative action of the pills wore out. Then as an adjuntive therapy my doctor added Trimipramine 100mg to take before bedtime. Unfortunately this only worked for 3 month, then the effect started to fade out again. So my doctor has then decided to remove mirtazapine and trimipramine all together and to try something else: Citalipram 20mg. I have taken them for about 1 week now and I don't feel the effect as yet, and I'm still left with no sulution at the moment for my insomnia.
Is anyone here experienced with an insomnia as bad as mine ? And what about the Citalopram solution?

Thanks and regards,

Emmanuel
