Hi I'm new

Hi everyone

Im new to the site. Been suffering from panic attacks on and off for about 7 years. I have good times and bad times things are a little harder at the moment and I can feel myself slipping again.

It would be nice to be able to talk to people who have had similar experiences and make new friends :)
