We are planning a trip to Alton Towers in June.
If you are interested, please put down your prefered date.
So far, the choices are
June 13th
June 20th
It will mean getting time off work, as it's a school day, but will avoid crowds/kids, and ensure that we get on more than one ride in a day.
Walkers crisps are doing a two for one offer at the minute, and we can do what we did last time, and meet up before the ticket kiosks, and share out vouchers, so everybody gets in for half price.
Nic you witch - who gave you the Haunted House picture from the second meet up?????????

I am just down the road from Alton Towers - unfortunately I am absolutely pathetic when it comes to going on rides :)
Hope you get a crowd together and get some pics of people looking scared!! lol

Jo - there are several people who come and DON'T go on anything at all, we DO NOT pressure anybody into doing anything.
So if you fancy it, you would be safe to come, and just chat, without being pressured into anything you didn't want to do!

i am one of the ones that will not go on rides. . . but be really good to meet everyone.

oh deffo count me and hubbie in. we realy enjoyed the nottingham meet and would love to come again. i will start stocking up on the walkers crisps to help with the two for one offer. and ty everyone for such a lovely day at the meet in nottingham it was so nice to meet you all. we can do either dates.

Sounds fun to me, and I dont work either so anyday
i also live very close but unfortunately couldn't cope with such a big place or get a day off work in school time as i teach. av a great time though guys!!!!

:yesyes: this is very interesting, i wanted to come to trentham last year but anx was making me poorly:weep: i have never been to alton towers and neither has my daughter, so i may come with her and hubby - i dont think i acould get into trouble taking her out of school for the day? do they have truancy officers at alton towers? will come if can get round this one - btw im not a ride person either, but if there are others who arent then you can stand with me while hubby and daughter go on rides:yesyes: :winks:

I can make the 13th!!The 20th is the day after my race for life and i will be unable to walk:roflmao: if it is awkward not to worry ..i would get there late any way as Adam doesnt get up till midday and i wouldnt come on my own..still if this one is a no no..i will come to another Alton towers trip no probs:D erm.. i am one off the bag handlers too:roflmao: cept i do lioke the rapids and haunted house!!That's it..lol!!love paddie.xxxxxxxxxxxps..if it was this date Karen you could stay with me again if you would like to:flowers:

me and lea would love to come the 20th would be best as im superstitous on the 13th. we have about 50 walkers points so far so sould have loads by june to share around.
nic can i be a bag holder plz? Lea that doesn't mean I carry you a round all day lol.
enjoyed the nottingham meet up my first one. but I was shy.

I really want to come but I'm skint lol. I will try to book the 20th off work (already working 13th so can't do that one) and see how the finances go!

Is 20th June ok for people - I know a few didn't want to go on Friday 13th?
i am soooo sad now mum and dad say i definatly cant go :( because
1.its to expensive even with the walkers vouchers
2.dad cant take anouther day off work
i wish i could go i want to meet you guys so so much and ive never been to a theme park :(

love alton towers would have defineatly gone maybe u could try and arrange another meet up
