Hi Folks,
Looks a real good place to be can I move in...:D
Ok so the Bio. bit ... I have suffered for years with anxiety had 10 years wiped out through Tranq. Meds that left me severely agoraphobic. Got off the meds thats 14 years ago, still had Agoraphobic problems but virtually no anxiety.
Well now it is back with a vengance so feeling a bit fragile and in need of some support. Looking forward to contributing here as well, so looking forward to chatting with you all and hope I can be there for folks as well...:bighug1:

hiya welcome to this lovely place, i too suffer anxiety and its not nice i try to exercise a lot and keep busy this stops it from getting worse. although like today sometimes you cant control them, lots of people here if you need to chat, stay strong donna xx
