New here but not to Panic!

Been suffering on and off for about 3-4years. CBT helped really by increasing my own knowledge and understanding but I still get relapses. Recently finding that I am more prone to relapses after heavy alcohol consumption and also from stimulants such as caffeine.
Trying to make lifestyle changes now but easier said than done!:blush:

Alcohol always makes me feel a million times worse the day after. I have cut down but I find I'm ok if I limit myself ....... not sure about giving up tea though! :)

I don't know anything about decaf coffee (I hate the taste of coffee) but I have been drinking decaf tea for about 8 years, I find it tastes no different to normal tea and PG is the best
