Help - Is there something wrong with my eyes!

Hi there, I am a long time sufferer of panic and lately have been getting a bright sopt of light travel accross my vision, it does not last long but freaks me out!!

I had my eyes tested a few months ago and all was fine.... any one else have this??

Vison problems can be another one of those dreaded anxiety symptoms, i have had the bright light flashes too.
