Hi, Just wanted to say hello. I'm feeling pretty low with depression at the moment and this seems like a warm, friendly place to be.

hi mazi, this place has made me feel heaps better only been here few weeks but made some nice friends and had lots of advice, ive suffered depression, i suffer anxiety feeling alone and health probs etc but it helps talking to people who understand, hugs xxx donna

Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me. I am looking for hints/advice from people who have suffered or are suffering from depression on how they motivate themselves into doing things. For instance, I know all the things that would make me feel better like getting up early and going swimming etc. I tell myself that I am going to do them and then when it comes down to it, I can barely get out of bed in the morning.. x
