I was taking prescribed diazepam for 36 years and came off it two years ago. I am still not recovered and have no way of dealing with anxiety now. I never abused the pills and took 6-8 mgs a day.
I have some social phobias in that I dont like anyone coming to my home. I am ok with my kids when they visit but even that can stress me out.
Recently I have had a lot of skippy beats to my heart which has scared me.
I live on my own and my family all live quite a long way from me in Cornwall.
