Can't breathe..

It's a funny thing - my OCD rituals told me that if I didn't do this and this and this, my fiance of four and a half years would leave me. I didn't do the rituals. He left me.
I know, one thing has nothing to do wiht the other, blah blah blah, but I seriouslly cannot BREATHE. I love him so much and he has been my life for five years. FIVE YEARS. What the hell am I supposed to do now?!?!?!
