No I don't but you need to go and see your doctor if it doesn't clear up after a few days just to get checked out.

I have this right now. It started 2 days ago right out of the blue. In fact i found this forum on google searching for exactly the same question.

I hate it when I can't seperate my phantom aches and pains from genuine problems. At first i dismiss it as another part of my anxiety, but then i dwell on it and convince myself I'm gonna drop dead from something serious and awful.

Which of course makes it seem to hurt worse, so i worry more, which makes it seem to hurt worse, etc etc...
