I am a 34 yr old female who has suffered from anxiety for roughly 14 yrs.I never knew that someone else dealt with some of the thing's I deal with but I am glad I found a site where ppl understand just what I feel sometime's

Hi rebel_angel....welcome to the NMP boards where you can let out as much or as little of your anxiety related problems as you wish. Plenty of people to support and help you and it doesn't half feel better getting stuff off your chest after 14 years...I joined this year after 14 years of panic / anxiety attacks and I feel I'm slowly getting better now I'm doing something about it!
