hi my name is tracy i have suffered with panic attacks for 10 years now and i am so desperate for help and trying to get gp to give it is the hardest task wants to use me as a guinea pig first throwing tablets down my throat there cannot be much i have not tried so i thought i would join the group and c if anybody can help and advice is welcome no matter how small it has come to desperate measures now

You dont have to do anything you dont want to hun, so dont let your GP force any meds on you if you dont want them. Why dont you try asking him/her if you can be referred for counselling?

i have had councilling but there is a mental health team that can help me and i am getting so frustrated cause he wont refer me i also have an adhd/RADS child who get no help with and i am fighting to get help with him as well but apparently i dont qualify for rest bite
