So Scared---doctors at 11!!!

Hi
Well I am shaking today!!
How mad is that??I am really not ok about doctors full stop!!! I have been anxious about going all my life--but as i said my last GP of 24 years fully understood what i was like!!
Today, it is a new doctor at a different practice(with moving for anyone who hasnt read my threads!).
I have written down what i want to say but i am convinced by this afternoon i will be in hospital.
What am i like???

I know how hard it is to go. It's a good idea to take it all written down.
I am sure it will go fine.
They should have your notes transferred from your old practice.
Take deep breaths and you'll be fine.

Hiya hun,

Try not to be anxious. Explain to your new doctor about your fear and i'm quite sure he/she will be very understanding. I didn't want to leave my old practice either when i moved here but my new doctor is also very good and i'm more than happy with him.
