Hi there new to this site looks good I have suffered social anxiety from I was a child I am 33 now with two lovely kids I also suffer panic attacks slight agraphobia I am doing alot self help and battle this everyday I do have good days believe it or not and I can enjoy life my I am lookin foward to gettin on the chatroom I think its a relief to know ur not the only one in this planet with these things and can get alot of support so here I am good health to everyone and happy thoughts. xxx:yesyes:
