Hi im new

Hi im sonya im new thought i would say hi! I just started suffering from pain attacks a couple of months ago after my grandads death, im having councelling at the moment to help me get through it but its so frightening :frown:

hi sonya and welcome i too suffered them after my grans death 3 yrs ago and also terrible anxiety thinking i was ill or dieing, she was like my 2nd mum so i was devastated, you will find loads of support on here and friends too, you are not alone if you need to chat you can email me on maildon@hotmail.com as i know how painful it is losing somone but also the panic attacks and anxiety after hugs xxxxx

I am very sorry to hear of your loss Sonya..
I'm sure your grandfather would not want you to be worrying so much...but....i hope you find some comfort here.:hugs:
I lost both my grandparents within a very short space of time and know how hard it can be...but i knew they would want me to be happy and celebrate their lives.
Everyone is so supportive here....so dont worry!

hi, welcome to the site!! (think i just spoke to u in chat!) i can relate to what you're going through, my grans death added to the stress that caused my anx as we were really close and i was gutted when she died. My great auntie also died last week so my anx is quite bad now.

hi clair7 just wanted to add i am the same my gran died she was like 2nd mum she had cancer died suddenly and i thought everything was wrong with my this was 3 yrs ago it waqs horrid, although i still get it at times it is a lot better to what it was. so if any of you want to chat im here xxx

mine was the same, she was always so close to us and even lived with us towards the end. It was so weird that somebody who had been there constantly was just suddenly gone, it sort of makes you question everything about your life because such a big part of it has changed.
I dont think my anx was completely down to her death, it just happend to turn out that everything else in my life started to change as well after that and stressed me out.
