hi everyone im new to the site

i have to say this is a wounderful site and im glad i have found people
going threw the same thing as myself.
i have had panic attacks for 2 yrs and they went away for a year and have came back once again not the greatest feeling i must say constantly thinking
your world is coming to an end.
