hi, im celia, i have chatted to a few people through the chat room, but now i have worked out how to do it i thought i would introduce myself![:I] i am a single mother with two children , i have suffered from panic attcks since i was youg and general anxiety since the birth of my first child. it has got worse since my partner left me, then my mother diedtwo weeks later.
i have talked to some amazing people on here, im so glad i found this site!! thank you everyone[^]

i am also a single mother ...i have four kids aged 19,17,15 and 10yrs...
i have also been finding my anxiety/panic/ocd much harder to cope with since my partner left...
but the people on here are just great... and will help you all they can
also the information is really useful.
i hope you get lots out of this site

What you're going through is a very natural reaction to a very difficult time. A bereavement particularly of a parent is all consuming but essentailly you have the grief and shock of a relationship break up whilst at a vulnerable time.

You can get over this troubled time and regain your independence.
