New to this....

Good afternoon everyone :)
Anyone on here taking sertraline? i've been on it a few months now but seem to be gettin worse rather than better. Was on citalopram before but after been on it for about 3 years it started to lose its affects. Got an app with my GP tomorrow as im finding it hard to cope with everything and was wanting to ask him if i could possibly have councelling. How do i go about askin?Xx

You will get loads of support and advice here.
Tell your GP exactly what you have told us!!!!!!
You feel that you would benefit from counselling and you would like his opinion and if he agrees,a recommendation from him for it.
Keep believing in yourself and your ability to recover.

Cheers for that. You know when you just feel like a total freak?! Thats me at the min. I have everything going for me but find joy in nothing. Im just sick of feelin like this. Ive been well for about 5 years but the bugger has slowly crept back up on me and bitten my ass big time.Xx

Having OCD too my brains working over time all the time. Got all sorts of crap buzzin around my head which in turn is makin my paranoid and even more anxious. Im knackerd.Xx
