asthma or panic attack

can anybody help. my daughter suffers with asthma and sometimes she wakes in the night saying shes having an asthma attack but she wakes up cause shes having anightmare she says shes having an asthma attack but i think she maybe having apanic attack does anyone else suffer like this as she keeps taking her blue pump and ends up with the shakes. thanks lin.

Being an asthmatic myself, I do know that worry, fear etc can bring on asthma for me, but then also I do know the difference between panic and asthma.

How old is your daughter?? My 5 year old is also asthmatic and if he gets upset, i.e. crying for a length of time, he needs his blue inhaler.

Please try to be more indepth of the symptoms she has, i dont have asthma but i know all about panic attacks/disorder.
