Hello to all

Hi people i joined today as can be seen in my post date/time.

Needed to be around people who are the same/have simmilar feelings as me.

Not going to give my real name out but im a 29 yr old male who has "struggled" for 5 years at least with anxiety in its many forms and varying renditions of itself.
