Hi all! I'm new here

Hi every 1, so glad i found this site! I've spent some time reading posts and it makes me feel better 2 know that other people r goen thru what im going thru nd im not the only1.

I've been suffering with anxiety and depression for a number of years now, lately i just seem to be just getting worse, which has led me to looking for support-hence me finding this site!
