Tightness and aching of the throat, and pain to the heart

hi, yes those are all symptoms of anxiety i get the same all the time.

I have had all those symptoms plus headaches nausea uncontrolable shaking it is your nervous system kick ing in and once it has it is hard to calm down please ring NHS DIRECT if it will help they have talked me down so many times ive lost count now!

its anervous disorder and will go when you calm down i get them seen gp 100's of times thinking there is a problem...but he explained our body is made up of thousands of nerves that react when we get stressed herbal tea and hot bath help me..
