Hi everyone,

My name is Sarah and I've suffered from panic attacks on and off since I was 13 (I'm 32 now.) which came about after being bullied at school.

I have never seeked help with my panic attacks before, I have always just coped by avoiding situations where I get them (mainly places where I cannot get out of easily.) To be honest with you I didn't realise there was so much support out there. I have found this site and forum to be the most informative so far and very friendly.

I have now come across a situation which I am unable to avoid and once I've said hello to everyone, I will post my problem in the relevant section and hopefully somebody will be able to offer me some advice and support.
