Hi Jane ....:welcome: to NMP...... i joined recently too and i can't tell you what a relief it was to find people who had the same worries and fears as me:blush: ... Everybody is sooo friendly and helpful here, you will get loads of support and advice if you want it on all kinds of anxiety and panic problems...
You can just read the posts that people have put up and reply if you want to or you can start your own thread by posting a message about something that is worrying you and people will reply........
