hiya and welcome you will get loads of support on here and make friends. Depression is very common as u will see on here, you can get better from it wot helped me was lots of walking every day anywhere mayb with kids and keeping busy, i also put on my dvds or ipod and dance like a loon hehe and it makes me motivated, healthy, happy, awake and got rid of my depression almost 100 percent, at first i was tired all the time from walking but after month or so i felt great and lost a stone too.

I hit the button before finishing what i wanted to say!! wanted to add that i was 32 single mum to 12 yr old son living in south wales. I lost my job last year and things have been pretty tough..im in financial strife as well which is causing lots of stress. Anxiety is also a friend of mine !! or enemyi should say and i know all about that..have had agoraphobia and panic attacks in the past and so i know how much distress that can cause to a person. Thanks to all that have said hello! you are a lovely friendly lot! x :)
