Oh god , I am always telling poeple not to google and now I've done it. I have had a stiff neck and looked it up, then dizzyness. Guess what I have had a stroke or I've got a brain tumor. I feel sooooooo stupid,:doh: this all started because I feel very tired and looked this up came out I was depressed right this time.Now I am scared.:ohmy:

DON'T GOOGLE!!!

I have done the same thing especially when tired and it just makes things much worse. Calm yourself down and get some sleep. The more sleep deprived you are the worse everything seems. If you are still worried then contact your GP.

Don't google....we've all done it and it drives you nuts. Post on here it's much more positive. Resist the temptation to google as a little knowledge can be sooooo dangerous.

Stiff neck - you are holding your shoulders up around it - relax them

Dizziness - you are not breathing correctly

Not a brain tumour or stroke

I bet you didn't even take notice of the threads that had positive outcomes did you lol?

I always try not to google as well but of course I give in!
The chances of you having any of those serious illnesses are likely slim but I know that doesnt help ease your mind. When you feel the urge to google or focus on the problem try really hard to distract yourself with something, anything that will keep your mind totally occupied.
