Ive been on the stuff for a few months. Not taking it every night but quite alot.
Sometimes I only take half or a quarter of a 10mg tab but I now really want to stop. I spent 2 nights taking 10mgs and took 5mg last night but I have been really anxious and low today. I want to stop but worried about withdrawal and increased anxiety. HELP!!!:scared15:
