I already use NOPANICS muscle relaxation cd and it is very good but it would be nice to have another to ring the changes with.

It's particularly muscle relaxation that I want rather than any guided imagery or general relaxation cd and would be most grateful to hear of any people think are good.

Cheers me dears.:yesyes:

Bobs I've just found a site to order one from and the lady has a Yorkshire accent lol - what d'ya make of that.

Will let you know if it's any good when I get it.

I've been doing a muscle relaxation one for some weeks now and while sometimes I think can I bothered today I do try to do it because it helps give me such a better nights sleep.

The charity NOPanic really do recommend you do the muscle relaxation thing daily as one of the first 'musts' of dealing with anxiety and I do think they are right. It's like the whole breathing properly too.

Hey Piglet.

Jimbo posted these on the forum ages ago and I think they are great:

You can just download and burn them to CD. The hypnotic one at the end is the best :)

Oxford CBT centre also do a really good one - I'm not sure how you go about buying it but I'm sure if you contacted them they would be more than helpful. Their website is:

Oooh thanks for that hun.

I've just had todays post and the cd I ordered has come so I will listen to it tonight and then let you know what I think. I quite like the fact that you can choose from two different endings. The first one being if you want to be active afterwards, or the second one if you wanted to go straight to sleep afterwards.

I quite like that idea because I do often do muscle relaxation last thing at night before I go to bed.
