heart pounding

i had what i think was a panic attack tonight but it all started when my heart started pounding out my chest i started getting weak and thinking my heart was going to stop it was beating so hard and fast and 2 hours later it still is and it has been causing some chest pain aswell.
i keep thinking my heart will stop im only 22 and i wish a can be a normal mom

Hi, does sound like anxiety but if you are really worried a quick visit to the doctors will reasure you everything is fine.

Hi darlin,

I am also 22 and this is how my anxiety started. It sounds very much like anxiety and panick to me, perhaps its worth seeing your GP both for reassurance, but also they might give you tablets for when this happens to slow your heart and calm you down.

Of course the more we worry about these things the worse they become and the more they happen.
