Anyone else having a bad day???

Hiya,

I had a quick panick attack yesterday out of the blue, but today my anxiety seems to be high, im a bit shaky/weak/tired, feel sick and a bit spaced out, also like i dont really want to do anything.


Wondering whether anyone else is having a bad day today?

Hi Char

I had bad 2 days at weekend with panic attacks and i always feel bad a few days after, anxiety few roof, spaced out etc.

I know its probably cause im scared its gonna happen again and its all i can think about.

I'm too having a bad day today.

Been up most of the nite with my 2 year old, whos not well, so i am very tired, which sets my anxiety off. but cant have any rest as no one to look after him. His not one for playing quietly.

Also i dont think the weather is helping, lovely sunny day yesterday, wet soggy day to day.

Roll on bed time but its only 11.00am :ohmy:

Hi Char... like you i had a major panic attack yesterday and again like you i feel totally deflated and washed out today.... i think i have a panic hangover, all the hangover symptoms :weep: without having had the fun night before :huh: ...i had temporarily forgotten how bloody exhusting anxiety/panic can be !!!... but sure have been reminded :doh: .... hope you feel better soon

Bad weekend and Monday, good day yesterday but only medium day today, anxiety still quite high, i get so tired of it which sends me off into a bad day! I get sick of that 'ive been really ill feeling' after bad panic days!
Also, ive just seen my GP who's refering me to a specialist as she said she has gone as far with me as she can, which makes me feel like i must actually be a complete nutter! :weep:
