head pain

hi xx i keep gettin pains in my head n like a stabbing pain just above my left ear its really scaring me,cud it just b tension or sumthing xxx thanks xxx

I get that alot when I am stressed out, I had a post about it just the other day, it was a wierd shooting pain rather all of a sudden out of the blue but it appears to have gone now and all is ok. Try take some pain killers and have a bit of a relaxing lie down.

Hope it passes soon!

I get bad head aches, all related to anxiety. Can sometimes last for days.

Feel so fresh when they have gone.

Also suffer from the shooting pains too.
