Desperatly Need Advice!!!!

I have been on temazepam for about 2 months. I didnt take it every night, sometimes take half or a quarter of a 10mg tab but now I really want to stop all together and Im worried I might have withdrawal.
I cant find any sort of time limit as to how long is too long and my doctor seems to be very difficult to get hold of. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!:weep:

You'll find loads of information on stopping all kinds of Benzo drugs by Proffesor Ashton

you'll find a forum that will provide loads of support and advice.

Basically to avoid any nasty side effects tapering is done very slowly by cuts of 10% until your free.

I just stopped and Ive felt better than i have in ages. Slept really well and less anxiou:D :D s

That's wonderful news well done.
Did you just stop cold turkey or did you taper ?
