Is excercise really good for you?

Just been to the gym and theres a new machine.
I only used it for an hour coz I started to feel really sick!
Its really good though. It does absolutely everything ........
Kitkats, Mars bars,Snickers, Twix and even crisps!!!!!!:yesyes:
