is this symptoms of depersonalisation?

hi am i going crazy or r these symptoms of d/p:

feel light
cant feel body
cant feel breathing
hands feel different
feel like i will fall when stand up
feel everything is soft

will these symptoms pass gradually or will 1 day i wake up and feel normal? help

These are all symptoms and wont hurt you.
Try to take your mind off them by finding something to do that needs concentration.
I make dolls houses. Its very absorbing. Nicola's other site has some great dolls house ideas along with other hobbies. I started to do this hobby to help with the DP. It really works!
The hardest part about DP is accepting that it is just anxiety.But I promise you...it is.
