Spots on face

Hi Everyone,

You may have read a post from me before about my spots on my face.

I have had them now continually for about 4 weeks, i don't normally suffer with too many spots just the odd couple on my chin really and one i get on the same place on my cheek each month.

These spots are all over my face, they go from my forehead to my chin in a line down the centre of my face, they don't go all the way out to my cheeks yet and they are really bad around my whole chin area.

I was really anxious around the time they started and I just wandered if anyone else gets them with stress and if they do how long do yours take to go.

I'm 43 and get spots.
Dont know if its meds or anx or cos i'm always touching my face, like ocd.
My gp suggests keeping my hands busy when eg watching tv to stop me touching them.
Consequently i chat on here and this has helped both my anx and face,
